Russian Sports Minister Mikhail Degtyarev said he expects Russian athletes to perform with the national flag and anthem at the next Olympics. He informed Izvestia about this on March 19 during an event dedicated to the development of sports.

"At the next Olympics, athletes from the Russian Federation will perform with the national flag and anthem," he said.
