Vladimir Zelensky will never be a legitimate negotiating party for Russia. This was announced on March 19 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council.
"He will never be a legal party to negotiations for our country, much less a party to the signing of the act of surrender," he said in a post on his Telegram channel.
