A 15-year-old teenager blew up an ATM in the capital. He was detained by police officers. This was announced on March 19 by the Moscow Prosecutor's Office.

"According to preliminary data, according to a 15-year—old boy, following the telephone instructions of his supervisors, he poured flammable liquid over an ATM in a bank branch and set it on fire," the Telegram channel says.
