Hungary and Slovakia blocked the decision of the European Union (EU) summit to allocate €90 billion to Ukraine. This was announced on March 19 on the website of the European Council.

"Annex 2/26 was strongly supported by the heads of 25 [out of 27] EU states. The European Council will return to this topic at its next meeting," the document says.
