From March 19, Yandex.Market users will receive discounts on goods for paying for purchases with VTB cards, the bank said, commenting on plans to expand partnership projects with major ecosystems.

The discount rate can reach 50% — it is calculated individually. "To receive it, existing customers of the bank just need to link a VTB card to their account on the marketplace and use it when making a purchase. Customers of other banks will also be able to benefit from the Yandex Market by issuing a VTB card. On average, users can save several thousand rubles a month for their usual expenses," VTB noted. Mail Bank's clients who joined VTB as part of the integration will also be able to take advantage of the offer.

According to Olga Skorobogatova, First Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of the bank, the list of joint initiatives between VTB and Yandex will expand this year. "We are also planning to launch partnership projects with market leaders in other industries," she added.

Mikhail Gushchin, commercial director of the Yandex advertising platform UrbanAds, emphasized that such projects are not just a trend, but a way to strengthen audience trust and make the service even more useful.
