Missile strikes caused major fires at QatarEnergy facilities

In Qatar, in the city of Ras Laffan, large fires occurred at the facilities of the QatarEnergy liquefied natural gas (LNG) company due to missile strikes.

"QatarEnergy confirms that on the morning of Thursday, March 19, 2026, several LNG production facilities were attacked by missiles," the company said in a statement on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
