It was previously established that the man, who was employed in a taxi as a self-employed man, helped to "legitimize" the residence of Russians and foreigners in his private house on Krasny Yar Street. Law enforcement officers found out that the man acted with direct intent, knowing that the persons registered in his house would not live there.

In relation to the suspect, a measure of coercion was chosen in the form of an obligation to appear.
