On March 19, the FSB of Russia published footage of the arrest of those who staged a terrorist attack against the head of the Council of Deputies of Novaya Kakhovka.
The footage shows how employees of the department detain a man in the entrance.
"I committed it in early October by planting an explosive device (IED), which was handed over to me by employees of the special services of Ukraine. The goal is to intimidate the civilian population," he said.
