President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that there is no alternative to a loan from the European Union (EU) in the amount of € 90 billion to finance the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on March 18 by the Euractiv media platform.
"Speaking in Madrid after meeting with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez and signing agreements on defense and cooperation, Zelensky said that financing had already been agreed by the end of 2025 and should be implemented now," the material says.
