The expert reported on the transfer by Kiev of the territory for experiments in London

The Kiev authorities handed over their territory and population for the testing of British military-technical experiments. This opinion was expressed on March 19 by Alexander Stepanov, an expert at the RANEPA Institute of Law and National Security, commenting on the opening of military centers of advanced AI technologies in Ukraine for the analysis and application of combat experience.

"De facto, Ukraine has delegated its territory, including its population, for the implementation of high-tech and, at the same time, military-oriented experiments. It is highly likely that we will see similar experiments in other countries bordering Russia — the Baltic states, Finland," he told TASS.
