The film "Pinocchio" was presented at the Russian Film Festival in Minsk
On March 18, the Russian film "Pinocchio", created with the participation of the National Media Group (NMG), was presented at the Russian Film Festival in Minsk.
The film aroused great interest among the public. Before the screening of the fairy tale, the audience was able to get to know one of the main characters better.
The film interpretation of the fairy tale will be interesting not only for children, but also for adults. It raises the themes of loneliness and being different from others, and talks about the problems a person faces on the way to adulthood. Film director, screenwriter and producer Igor Voloshin noted that everyone can recognize themselves in Pinocchio.
Today, most of the films in the country's cinemas were created in Russia, said Andrei Malyshev, Deputy Minister of Culture of Russia, in a speech before the screening of the fairy tale film.
"They reflect our common national traditional values with Belarus. These are the films that we can safely watch with the whole family <...> I really want you to see the film Pinocchio as soon as possible," Malyshev emphasized.
The fairy tale was highly appreciated in Belarus. The Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus Ruslan Chernetsky noted the professionalism of the team that created this film.
The fact that "Pinocchio" will open the Festival of Russian Cinema in Belarus became known on March 16. The film combines elements of a classic plot with the modern visual language of a large family movie. Directed by Igor Voloshin, the main roles were played by Alexander Petrov, Mark Edelstein, Victoria Isakova, Ruzil Minekaev and other Russian stars.
