The Tushinsky District Court of Moscow has detained a 22-year-old Muscovite woman accused of complicity in a robbery in which a woman was killed. This was announced on March 18 by the prosecutor's office of the capital.
"The accused purchased a construction tool (a grinder) and delivered it to an apartment on Stroginsky Boulevard, where another defendant committed the murder of the hostess," the department's Telegram channel said.
According to the prosecutor's office, the accused opened the safe using a pre-prepared tool. After that, following the instructions of the organizers, he threw the stolen money, jewelry and other valuables out the window. The girl who was nearby collected them and handed them over to the other participants in the crime.
The defendant was charged under clauses "a, b, c" of Part 4 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Robbery"). The investigation of the criminal case is under control of the prosecutor's office.
On the same day, Irina Volk, an official representative of the Russian Interior Ministry, said that police officers had detained a courier who took money from a businesswoman who was killed in northwestern Moscow. She clarified that the girl had picked up the money and other valuables that the main person involved had thrown out of the window after the murder.
A suspect in the murder of a woman in northwest Moscow was detained on March 14. The Tushinsky District Court arrested him on March 16. It turned out to be a Cleaver, he studied at the Lokomotiv Academy. He is currently playing for Ural.
