Russia has maintained an advantage in the conflict with Ukraine over the past year. This was announced on March 18 by the head of the US National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.

"Over the past year, Russia has maintained its advantage in the conflict with Ukraine," she said.

The intelligence chief noted that Russia possesses advanced anti-space and hypersonic weapons capable of neutralizing US military superiority. In her opinion, Moscow can challenge Washington's interests around the world by both military and non-military means.
