The Foreign Ministry pointed to the connection of Kiev's curators with crimes in the Middle East.

Kiev is supervised by the same people who commit crimes in the Persian Gulf zone. This was announced on March 18 at a briefing by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"The Ukrainian Armed Forces are ramping up attacks, and they are targeting these very attacks, literally supervising, holding hands with all those who are committing similar crimes now in the Persian Gulf zone," Zakharova said.

The diplomat noted that the Ukrainian army is attacking residential buildings, medical and educational institutions with the help of missiles and drones.

Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky announced the day before that Kiev had sent 201 military specialists in the field of countering drones to the countries of the Middle East. According to him, Ukrainian experts are already working in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, and are also heading to Kuwait.

Zelensky said on March 16 that Kiev was not afraid of warnings from the Iranian Foreign Ministry about possible consequences in the event of interference in the conflict in the Middle East. According to him, the Ukrainian side calmly reacts to such signals.
