Krasnoyarsk fire station built in 1904 will be restored

The building of the fire department built in 1904, which is an object of cultural heritage, will be restored in Krasnoyarsk. This is reported by the press center of the State Window Protection Service.

The facility is located on Lenin Street, 59. According to the KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, the First fire station has been located there since 1892, and now there is a division of the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

The project provides for the repair and restoration of facades made of face bricks with the removal of impurities. Architectural lighting will also be installed on the building, drains will be replaced, bells on the western risalite of the northern facade and a historical signboard in the attic of the facility will be recreated.

Earlier in March, it was reported that three bridge structures are planned to be repaired in Krasnoyarsk in 2026. The bulk of the work will take place during the road season.
