A water pipeline and sewerage system for a new residential complex are being built in Ulan-Ude.

In Ulan-Ude (Republic of Buryatia), construction of a water pipeline and sewerage system on the territory of a new residential complex in the Vostochny microdistrict has begun. It is intended for employees of the aviation plant, said Mayor Igor Shutenkov.

According to him, more than 500 meters of new utilities will be laid on Antonov Street. The work will be completed by the end of 2026.

"The most important thing is not even the numbers. It is important that this residential complex is being built specifically for the employees of our aviation plant," said the mayor, quoted by IA UlanMedia.

He assured that everything will be done efficiently and reliably to provide residents with the necessary amenities.

Earlier it was reported that a new branch of polyclinic No. 3 will be built in Ulan-Ude in 2026. A site has been selected for construction on Zherdeva Street, not far from the new Supreme Court building.
