A girl who tried to kill a woman on behalf of fraudsters was arrested in Moscow.

A court in Moscow has arrested a girl who, on the instructions of phone scammers, tried to kill a 59-year-old woman. This was announced on March 18 in the press service of the prosecutor's office of the capital.

"Taking into account the position of the Nikulin interdistrict prosecutor's office, a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen against a 20-year-old resident of the capital. She was charged under Part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "g" of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder committed by a group of persons by prior agreement)," the ministry said in a statement on Monday.

It is noted that the girl did not admit guilt, refused to testify.

On March 17, the Investigative Committee announced the initiation of a criminal case against a 20-year-old girl who, on the instructions of her supervisors, tried to kill a local resident. According to the agency, the attacker had been under the influence of phone scams for a long time. Later, the curators gave her the task to eliminate a resident of the capital, who was allegedly a foreign agent.
