In Krasnoyarsk, the traffic pattern at the Kalinin Street roundabout will change. A traffic light will be installed there, Mayor Sergei Vereshchagin said on his social media.

This was one of the suggestions of the residents of the city, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency. According to the mayor, combined with the postponement of the bus stop, the solution will reduce congestion by more than 20%.

As the mayor noted, the authorities will continue the practice of analyzing initiatives from residents to improve the traffic situation.

Earlier in March, it was reported that three bridge structures are planned to be repaired in Krasnoyarsk in 2026. The bulk of the work will take place during the road season.
