There have been no signals from European countries about their intention to negotiate on energy supplies. This was announced on March 18 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

He clarified that despite possible requests from Europe for the opportunity to take a seat at the negotiating table, there were no specific proposals to resume dialogue.
