"Modern roads, an updated healthcare system, affordable education, and a comfortable urban environment have all become possible with integration into the Russian economic, social, and legal space. And in the last five years, the changes have been even more systematic, taking into account the implementation of the provisions of the United Russia people's program," Yakushev said.

The secretary of the party's regional department, Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, said that in five years 23 medical facilities had been commissioned in the city, five schools and 10 kindergartens had been built, 21 schools and two kindergartens had been renovated. For the first time, the queue for kindergartens has disappeared in the region, more than 350 house territories have been repaired, and more than 83% of roads have been restored to normal condition.

The head of the Crimean regional department of United Russia, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic Vladimir Konstantinov stressed that the national program has become a key impetus for transformation. Schools have been built in Simferopol, Yevpatoria and Sudak, six kindergartens have been reconstructed, almost 400 schools have undergone major repairs, 17 bus stations and rolling stock have been updated.
