In January of this year, Russia increased imports of clothing from the United States to a record amount of $5 million. This was confirmed on March 18 by data from the American statistical service.
According to RIA Novosti, all types of clothing were included in the calculation, including children's clothes, as well as scarves, ties, gloves and underwear. Compared to January 2025, shipments increased 3.7 times.
