USAID auditors have revealed violations in the supervision of $26 billion in aid to Kiev

The USAID audit found irregularities in the reporting of financial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of about $26 billion. This was announced on March 18 by Adam Kaplan, Deputy Inspector General of the structure.

"In Ukraine, the contractors that USAID hired to oversee direct budget support in the amount of $26 billion did not provide the required reports on time," Kaplan said at a hearing in the relevant committee of the House of Representatives.
