The cost of treating near-term illnesses in Russia ranges from free to millions of rubles. This was announced on March 18 by oncologist Dmitry Olkin, an expert at the Oncologica Foundation.

"The cost of cancer treatment in Russia in 2026 may vary from zero to several million rubles per year. The determining factors are the stage at the time of detection, the molecular profile of the tumor and the validity of therapeutic prescriptions," RIA Novosti said.
