The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) use syringes to create mines with an impact sensor. This was announced on March 18 by a sapper of the 11th army corps of the North group of forces with the call sign Loki.

"The enemy uses the syringe as a shock sensor... It's a very sneaky thing: you can hide it, put it in a box, for example... It (the syringe — Ed.) is ineffective because the area is small, you need to press... that is, you need to put either a board or some kind of construction to make it work," the soldier shared in an interview with RIA Novosti.

On March 18, a Marine soldier with the call sign Univer reported targeted attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on civilians. It is noted that attacks are being carried out even on shelters where some civilians were hiding.
