The State Duma talked about the possibility of recalculation for heating
In case of sudden warming, residents may require the management company to lower the heating temperature, and in case of inaction, issue a violation report for subsequent recalculation of the fee. This was announced on March 18 by Alexander Aksenenko, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services.
The parliamentarian noted that heating in apartment buildings with a centralized system is turned off if the average daily temperature outside exceeds +8 degrees for five consecutive days. He also stressed that according to the norms, the temperature in apartments should not significantly exceed the set values of 18-20 degrees, and in corner rooms — 20-22 degrees.
"It happens that the thermometer suddenly starts to creep up sharply, and during the day the temperature becomes much higher than the climatic norm, while it is still far from a complete shutdown of the heat, as the average daily values "jump", and residents begin to complain about overheating of the premises," he told RIA Novosti.
