The Hungarian Prime Minister spoke about banks and factories benefiting from the conflict in Ukraine

Arms manufacturers, energy companies, and banks that issue loans benefit from the Ukrainian conflict. This opinion was expressed by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on March 18.

"It seems to me that we have reached a point where, as it seems to me, it is easy to recognize those whom Shakespeare called "dogs". I can say for sure who is the winner in this conflict... Three major forces are weapons factories, energy companies and banks," Orban said on HirTV.

The Hungarian Prime Minister also added that it is these organizations that are interested in continuing the conflict.

Orban said on March 17 that the latest proposals of the European Union (EU) regarding the Druzhba oil pipeline would not change Hungary's position on financing Ukraine. Orban noted that "the situation is extremely simple": Kiev will not receive EU money until Hungary has oil.
