Pezeshkian promised to avenge Larijani's death

On March 18, Iranian President Masoud Peseshkian promised to avenge the death of the secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the country, Ali Larijani.

"The martyrdom of our noble, respected and dear brother, Dr. Ali Larijani, has caused deep sorrow and regret. <...> Undoubtedly, severe revenge awaits the terrorists who stained their hands with the blood of the oppressed, but wise and steadfast martyrs <...> of Iran," Peseshkian said, a statement was published by his press service.

The Iranian president added that the country will continue to resist the actions of Israel and the United States.
