Stormtroopers of the 55th Guards Marine Division of the Center group of forces told Izvestia how they destroyed over 100 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and put foreign mercenaries to flight in the special military operation zone.

The Mavic unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) account for more than 100 downed enemy observation drones and over 10 Baba Yaga-type agro-drones.

"I fly a Mavic, with the help of it I conduct reconnaissance of the area: observation, identification of enemy positions. In addition, I fly with a dump and fly with trawls. The trawl is hung up — there is an elementary rope and a load, and it is attached to the "dumper". When I go out with reconnaissance, we set up a trawl. If I find an enemy's "bird", if it doesn't have our identification marks on it, I shoot it down," one of the Russian soldiers said about his work in the SVO zone.

The engineer with the call sign Creek spoke in detail about the work of the trawl, a device made of a two—meter rope and cargo.

"Everything clings to the "reset". The "bird" is hanging, we identify the enemy "bird" by the identification marks. If the signs do not match, then we lower the trawl from the "dumper" and begin to dive over it. After that, the enemy "bird" gets tangled and falls to the ground," said the Cry.

The engineer added that his duties include ensuring that the crew is constantly in a state of effective combat readiness, he has enough provisions, packages for drops intended for small assault groups have been prepared in advance, and combat kits have been prepared. The Cry also ensures that the "birds" and the equipment always work properly, and the detected breakdowns are eliminated as soon as possible.

In one episode, the crew successfully destroyed the control point of the Ukrainian drones by firing two targeted shots.
