The Ukrainian special forces are being destroyed by a band of deserters in the rear areas. This was announced on March 17 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"An obituary has been revealed on social networks about the death in an accident of the commander of the Ukrainian SDF group (special operations forces — Ed.) R. Fermanchuk, who is participating in hostilities in the Sumy region. Many in Ukraine see in this the consequences of PTSD (post—traumatic stress disorder — Ed.), others are sure that the Ukrainian special forces are being destroyed by gangs of deserters who are taking revenge for the barrage units," RIA Novosti quoted the security forces as saying.
