The Prime Minister of Peru, Denis Miralles, resigned a few weeks after her appointment. This was reported on March 17 by the Reuters news agency, citing sources.
"The President of the Republic of Peru (Interim President Jose Maria Balcazar. — Ed.) thanks Mrs. Denis Mirales for the services rendered to the nation as chairman of the Council of Ministers at an important time for the country, and wishes her success in her professional career and future endeavors," the agency quoted his office as saying on the social network X.
According to Reuters, the resignation of the Prime Minister of Peru requires the departure of 18 cabinet ministers.
