- Since 2023, 28 sites have been allocated in the south-east of Moscow for MAP facilities.
Since 2023, Moscow has allocated 54 hectares of land in the south-east of the capital for construction as part of large-scale investment projects. This was announced on Tuesday, March 17, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.
According to him, in three years the city has provided 28 sites where social, commercial and industrial infrastructure facilities will appear, Moscow 24 notes.
He noted that most of the sites are intended for business, and some for social facilities. The MaIP status allows investors to receive benefits, including land lease for 1 ruble per year, which contributes to economic development and job creation, the Moscow City News Agency reports.
Ekaterina Solovyova, head of the City Property Department, explained that projects are formed taking into account the needs of the districts. In particular, it is planned to build a kindergarten on Donetskaya Street, a shopping mall in Tekstilshchiki, an ambulance substation in Vykhino-Zhulebino and a multifunctional complex in Lefortovo.
