On March 13, a source told Izvestia about the deaths of seven people who were poisoned by carbon monoxide in an apartment building in the Penza region. According to the source, the incident occurred in the village of Zarechnaya in the Moksha district. Previously, carbon monoxide spread to four apartments in an eight-apartment building. Later, the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia opened a criminal case.
