President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a new Constitution and a decree on measures to implement it. This was announced on March 17 by the presidential press service.

The adoption of the new constitution was approved by more than 87% of those who voted. It was clarified that a total of 9,127,192 people took part in the voting. At the same time, 12,482,613 people were initially included in the voter lists.
