A three-star hotel will be built in the Ruza region of Moscow by 2027. It will have 55 rooms.

The hotel will appear in the Northern residential district of the city. Investments in the project amount to about 500 million rubles, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya with reference to the Main Directorate of the State Construction Supervision of the Moscow Region.

Construction has already begun, and it is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026. The agency's inspectors estimated the building's readiness at 40%. The developer is an individual entrepreneur.

The building will have 5 floors, with a total area of approximately 3.6 thousand square meters. In addition to double rooms with bathrooms, the hotel will have a cafe with 30 seats and a sports block with a gym, showers and changing rooms.

The project is being implemented with the support of the Construction Assistance Center under the regional government.

Earlier, on March 16, it was reported that a new livestock farm for 800 dairy cows was launched in the Klin urban district in the Moscow region. More than 3.2 billion rubles have been invested in the project. The production capacity will be about 9.6 thousand tons of milk per year. More than 30 new jobs have been created. The area of the facility is 45 thousand square meters. m.
