The State Duma proposed to equalize the shares of children when buying a home with the help of the maternity capital

A group of deputies led by Yaroslav Nilov, chairman of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs, will submit to the State Duma a bill that will allow all children in a family to have equal ownership shares if maternity capital is used to purchase it. This became known to TASS on March 17.

"The shares of all children in residential premises acquired (built, reconstructed) using the funds (part of the funds) of the maternal (family) capital should be equal," the bill says.
