A new livestock farm for 800 dairy cows has been launched in the Klin urban district. More than 3.2 billion rubles have been invested in the project, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Moscow region reports.

The MTF Yelgozino enterprise is located near the village of Boldyrikha. The production capacity will be about 9.6 thousand tons of milk per year. More than 30 new jobs have been created.

The area of the facility is 45 thousand square meters. m. It includes a cowshed, a milking and dairy unit, a dry storage unit, a calf coop, a dispensary, an administrative building and other premises.

According to the head of the department, Sergey Dvoinykh, the launch of the new complex strengthens the potential of the regional agricultural industry and contributes to the implementation of the state program "Agriculture of the Moscow region".

The Ministry provided support in the implementation of the project, writes the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya. Thus, a preferential investment loan was provided for the construction of the farm.

Earlier it was reported that by 2030, the Moscow region plans to increase egg production several times. Such goals will be achieved through the launch of large enterprises.
