Lada Niva Travel has again surpassed Haval Jolion in popularity in Russia

Lada Niva Travel has once again become the best-selling car in the SUV segment (crossovers and SUVs) on the Russian market, the model holds the lead for the second week in a row. This was reported on March 16 by the analytical agency Autostat.

So, for the 11th week (March 9-15) of this year, 1,179 new Lada Niva Travel were sold in Russia, this model turned out to be the only SUV in the top ten most popular in the segment.

The second place in the ranking was again taken by Haval Jolion with a score of 1,157 units. It is followed by Tenet T7 (1,046 units), Haval M6 (770 units) and Tenet T4 (743 units).

The top ten market leaders in the SUV segment were complemented by Belgee X50 crossovers (537 units), Geely Monjaro (505 units), Mazda CX-5 (440 units), Haval F7 (309 units) and Solaris HC (308 units).

According to the results of the 10th week of this year, 1,238 copies of Lada Niva Travel were sold in Russia. Prior to that, the Haval Jolion had been steadily becoming the most popular SUV model in the country for a long time.

On March 16, the Autostat agency reported that from March 1 to March 15, prices for new cars changed for six brands officially represented on the Russian market. At the same time, price increases were recorded for three brands, including two domestic ones.
