Iran has attacked the manufacturing facilities of the Israeli arms company Rafael. This was announced on March 16 by the press service of the Army of the Islamic Republic.

"For several hours, the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran carried out drone strikes against important and strategic centers for the production of weapons of the Israeli regime — Rafael and Aerospace Industries (IAI)," the Fars news agency reported on its Telegram channel.

It is noted that the Rafael weapons production center is developing air defense systems, including the Iron Dome, Spike missiles, and cyber technologies. At the same time, IAI produces airplanes, drones and also air defense systems.

On March 15, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) reported the destruction of more than 80% of key facilities at American military bases. The next day, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said that Iran intends to fight until US President Donald Trump is convinced of the fallacy of the aggression launched jointly with Israel.

The commander of the IRGC's Aerospace Forces, Majid Musavin, said on March 13 that Iran had carried out an unprecedented attack on Israeli territory using superheavy ballistic missiles. It is specified that 30 superheavy ballistic missiles were involved in the operation.
