On March 16, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov declined to comment on the victory of the film "Mr. Nobody against Putin" in the Oscar nomination for Best documentary.

"Well, you know, I couldn't comment in any way, because I haven't watched this movie. <...> Therefore, I will refrain from any comments now," Peskov said.
