The Balashikha City Court received a statement of claim from a representative of the singer Larisa Dolina demanding recovery of property damage caused to her in a criminal case of apartment fraud. This was reported to Izvestia on March 16 in court.

It is noted that the amount of claims amounted to more than 176 million rubles.

In February, it became known that the defense of one of the defendants in the Dolina apartment fraud case, Andrei Osnovy, intends to file a cassation appeal against the verdict.

At the same time, the Moscow Regional Court increased the punishment for the defendant in the case of fraud with the apartment of singer Angela Tsyrulnikova. The term that Tsyrulnikova will have to serve in a general regime colony has been increased by three months.

In November last year, the Balashikha City Court issued a verdict in the case of the sale of the singer's apartment. It was noted that the courier Tsyrulnikova, who took the money from the singer, received seven years in prison with a fine of 1 million rubles. Three more defendants in the case — Osnovy, Artur Kamenetsky and Dmitry Leontiev — were sentenced to terms from four to seven years in a penal colony with a fine of 900 thousand rubles.
