In Nizhnevartovsk, in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, a woman attacked an eight-year-old girl. The resident of the house grabbed the child living next door by the neck and began to strangle.

The mother of the injured girl does not exclude that the neighbor tried to kidnap her daughter. She called the police.

The woman told the news agency " <url>" that the girl went to the store. Near the entrance, she bumped into a neighbor and backed away, because she knew that it was forbidden to approach her and enter the entrance with her. The offender grabbed the girl by the neck and said: "Don't scream, no one will save you and no one will help you."

According to the mother, the child was "beaten off" by other residents of the house who witnessed the conflict. At the same time, the neighbor claimed that it was her daughter, the woman said.

The neighbors added that this woman had recently moved into this house and was living with a young man. In conflicts with tenants, she repeatedly said that she "has a certificate" and "nothing will happen to her."

The Ministry of Internal Affairs told the agency that the offender was detained and a protocol was drawn up under the administrative article "Minor hooliganism". She faces a fine of up to 1 thousand rubles or arrest for up to 15 days.
