The associate professor named the categories of Russians with extended paid leave
In the Russian Federation, additional annual paid leave is provided to certain categories of employees, which include people whose work involves harmful or dangerous working conditions, employees who have irregular working hours, teachers, and those who work in the Far North and equivalent territories. This was announced on March 16 by Igor Balynin, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Finance at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
"Employees whose working conditions, according to the results of a special assessment of working conditions, are classified as harmful working conditions of the second, third and fourth degrees or dangerous working conditions, are granted additional paid leave for at least seven calendar days," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
The associate professor added that for employees with irregular work schedules, the minimum duration of additional leave is at least three calendar days.
