In the city of Yasnogorsk, Tula region, two young children fell out of the window of an apartment located on the fifth floor of an apartment building. This was reported on March 14 in the press service of the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation for the region.

"According to preliminary data, today a girl born in 2023 and her brother born in 2021 fell out of the window of an apartment located on the fifth floor of a multi—storey building on Mashinostroiteley Street in Yasnogorsk, leaning on a mosquito net," the report says.

It is specified that the children were taken to a medical facility, where they receive medical care.

According to the press service, investigators are conducting a check to establish the circumstances of the incident.

On March 9, the press service of the Investigative Committee for the Chelyabinsk Region reported that in the Traktorozavodsky district of Chelyabinsk, an 11-year-old girl fell out of the window of the seventh floor of an apartment building on Kotina Street. The incident is being investigated for signs of a crime under Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to fulfill the duties of raising a minor").
