- A banner was posted in Spain in memory of the victims of the attack on a school in Iran.
The Iranian Embassy in Spain has posted a banner in memory of the victims of the US-Israeli strike on the girls' school in Minaba. The relevant footage is available to Izvestia.
The banner shows photographs of dead children.
The attack on the elementary school for girls in Minaba was carried out on February 28, the day when the United States and Israel launched a military operation against Iran called "Epic Fury" by the Pentagon and "Roar of the Lion" by the Israeli side. At least 170 people, including minors, were killed in the incident. Tomahawk missiles were used for the attack. At the same time, NBC News reported on March 6 that representatives of the White House acknowledged the United States strikes in the school area. However, Washington's responsibility was not confirmed by the US Permanent Representative to the UN, Michael Waltz.
At the same time, US President Donald Trump hinted that Iran could buy American Tomahawk missiles from other countries and allegedly hit the school in Minaba on its own. Nevertheless, The New York Times blamed Washington for the attack, and The Washington Post made an artificial intelligence (AI) mistake in intelligence as the reason for the strike.
All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
