Most residents of Ukraine faced power and heating outages on February 16. According to a survey conducted by the Kiev Security Forum Research Center, 73.4% of respondents rated the electricity supply in their homes as poor a week before the study, while 1.9% noted its complete absence. Only 24.4% of the participants considered the electricity supply to be good.
