A foreigner detained in the Tambov region, who publicly called for terrorist activities, visited Ukrainian Internet resources. He said this in a video distributed on March 14 by the FSB of Russia.

"Yes, I visited Ukrainian resources and groups," he said, answering a question from a department employee.

The man also added that he was wanted by the law enforcement agencies of his country, as he had not served in the army.

"The FSB of Russia once again draws the attention of citizens to the fact that the special services of Ukraine do not reduce the activity of searching the Internet, social networks and messengers for potential perpetrators of terrorist attacks.
