On March 14, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik allowed the lifting of the moratorium on the death penalty for war criminals from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
"I do not rule out stricter legislation, because in this situation, not everyone needs to be very loyal to their right to life when they have taken the lives of dozens or even hundreds of people," the diplomat said in an interview with TASS.
