Belarusian Agriculture Minister Yuri Gorlov will join an assault squad if he does not start building dispensaries for newborn calves, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said on March 13.

"What about the war? Am I going to run, and someone is going to rest? No, guys… Here's Gorlov, he'll lead the way. A stormtrooper. If he doesn't build a dispensary for calves," Lukashenko said in a video posted on the Telegram channel Pool One, which is close to the press service of the President of Belarus.

The minister replied that he would build a dispensary and go on an assault, to which Lukashenko suggested that he limit himself to building for now.

While inspecting livestock breeding enterprises, the president called the topic of livestock maintenance a sore point. He was given a cow at one of the enterprises. Lukashenko thanked the agricultural enterprise for the gift and promised that his cow would be kept in perfect order.

After visiting a shooting range in the Minsk region on February 13, Lukashenko announced his intention to tighten the requirements for commanders responsible for training military personnel. The President noted that what he saw at the shooting range did not cause him satisfaction, adding that the reason for the results could be the excitement of the military.
