Slutsky proposed to introduce electronic document management when assigning payments to the military

The process of assigning social benefits to participants in a special military operation (SVO) needs to be converted to an electronic format. On March 13, LDPR Chairman Leonid Slutsky made such a proposal to Defense Minister Andrei Belousov.

"I beg your pardon...> to consider the possibility of improving departmental regulatory regulation and the organization of electronic document management between military commissariats, military units and financial authorities of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation," the letter says, which is available to Izvestia.

The reason for the appeal, as Slutsky noted, was numerous complaints from military personnel and their families. People report long delays in payments, the main reason for which is paperwork between military enlistment offices, units and financial authorities of the Ministry of Defense. Sending originals and paper copies not only delays deadlines, but also leads to the loss of documents, forcing citizens to spend time restoring them.

"Military personnel should not become hostages of the bureaucracy! The Liberal Democratic Party demands to allow electronic document management between military commissariats, military units and financial authorities of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Support should be affordable, high—quality and fast," Slutsky emphasized in an interview with Izvestia.
