Minsk will try to take advantage of the vulnerable position of the interlocutors, demanding reciprocal concessions, the expert admitted. But it's quite difficult to imagine what exactly this might be.

Earlier it became known that US Special Envoy John Cole will tour Eastern Europe. On March 18, he will arrive in Vilnius, and from there, he is expected to leave for Minsk.

The upcoming visit was indirectly confirmed by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
